The GMC Yukon Denali rides on Magnetic Ride Control magnetic dampers with optional wheels up to 22 inches and a locking differential. Inside you will find a 10.2-inch multimedia touchscreen display, color 15-inch Head-Up Display, a wireless charging pad, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and an 18-speaker Bose surround sound system, which features speakers in the headrests for ultimate quality. The Denali can also tow up to 8,200 lbs with the Max Trailering Package. 

Behind the third-row seats, you will find 25.5 cu.ft. of cargo space, 72.6 cu.ft. with the third row folded, and 122.9 cu.ft. with both the second and third rows folded flat. 

The Yukon Denali comes with GMC Pro Safety Plus as standard and includes Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Alert, Rear Park Assist, Following Distance Indicator, Front Pedestrian Braking and IntelliBeam auto high beams Available Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking and Adaptive Cruise Control. 

One thing that really stood out to Mr. Zurschmeide was how much value the improved Super Cruise adds to the vehicle. In his review, he said, “GM has been doing the background work and this system is now well worth the $2,300 price tag as an option on top of the Denali Ultimate package … now it works impressively well on byways as well as major freeways … Super Cruise engages faster, handles more changes, and disengages more smoothly when you want to take control. This is an A+ driver assistance feature, and a big reason to consider the Yukon over other brands’ full-size SUVs.”

The 2024 GMC Yukon Denali starts from $74,805, and the Ultimate trim, like what The Detroit Bureau tested, starts at $96,450.
