For such a large vehicle with wheels up to 22 inches, the Acadia rides much better than most vehicles with such large wheels and overall heft. The Car Connection noticed this in their review: “The best part about the Acadia’s driving experience is its comfortable ride on wheels ranging from 18 to 22 inches in diameter. In AT4 or Denali guise, it shrugs off big bumps as well as it does little ones due to those models’ trick amplitude-reactive dampers that have a pair of valves intended for different types of impacts.” This helped the Acadia get a 9 out of 10 rating by the publication.
